Ingredients
  

  • 2 steelhead trout fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Place steelhead trout fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
  • 4. Sprinkle garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper on top.
  • 5. Place lemon slices over the fish.
  • 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
