Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments drained
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut sweetened
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional

Dressing

  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for tanginess

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries, marshmallows, coconut, and nuts (if using).
  • In a separate bowl, mix whipped topping with sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and fold gently until all ingredients are well coated.
  • Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend together.
  • Garnish with extra coconut or fresh fruit before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat whipped topping and yogurt. Add maraschino cherries for a colorful twist!
