Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté onion until soft and translucent.
Add garlic, ginger, turmeric, and cumin; cook until fragrant.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in coconut milk and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Blend until smooth, season, and serve warm.
Notes
Black pepper helps activate turmeric’s benefits. Adjust thickness with extra broth if needed.
