Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 2 medium Apple sliced
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Cranberries dried
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced apples, chopped walnuts, crumbled feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

This salad can be customized with different nuts like almonds or pecans, or you can add grilled chicken for extra protein.
