  • 4 medium apples
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • a pinch salt
  • a pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by peeling and chopping the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice to create a creamy dressing.
  • Fold the chopped apples into the dressing, ensuring they are coated evenly.
  • Stir in the chopped walnuts or pecans, raisins or dried cranberries, and chia seeds (if using).
  • Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, then gently toss everything together.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour before serving for a cooler, refreshing taste.

Notes

This apple salad can be customized with any nuts or dried fruits you prefer. Feel free to add a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor!
