  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup apple chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Mix oats, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Whisk milk, egg, maple syrup, and butter together.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, fold in apples.
  • Pour into dish and bake for 40 minutes until set.
