  • 2 cups Canned beans mix of chickpeas and kidney beans
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 piece Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 piece Red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olives sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions
