- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat, then season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.

3. Dice the pickles, chop the onions, and shred the cheddar cheese.
4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, relish, and vinegar to make the Big Mac sauce. Whisk until smooth.
5. To assemble the salad, layer the lettuce, beef, pickles, onions, and cheese in a large bowl. Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the top and toss gently to combine.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthier Big Mac alternative!
Feel free to add extra toppings like bacon, avocado, or croutons for more flavor and texture.
For a vegetarian version, swap the ground beef for grilled portobello mushrooms or a veggie burger patty.
