Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup croutons store-bought or homemade

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • To make the dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the dressing until well-coated.
  • Top with croutons and extra grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add grilled chicken or bacon bits. To make the dressing lighter, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
