Ingredients
  

  • "1 can 12.5 oz of canned chicken, drained and shredded",
  • "1/2 cup celery chopped",
  • "1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped",
  • "1/4 cup cucumber chopped",
  • "2 tablespoons mayonnaise"
  • "1 tablespoon Dijon mustard"
  • "1 tablespoon lemon juice"
  • "1 teaspoon honey optional",
  • "Fresh parsley chopped (optional)",
  • "Salt and pepper to taste"

Instructions
 

  • "Drain and shred the canned chicken. Place in a large mixing bowl.",
  • "Add chopped celery, red bell pepper, and cucumber to the chicken.",
  • "In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey (optional), salt, and pepper.",
