Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, then set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples with caramel sauce and stir until the apples are well coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the whipped topping with vanilla pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold the whipped topping mixture into the caramel-coated apples, gently mixing to combine.
  • Stir in the crushed graham crackers, toffee bits, chopped nuts, and mini marshmallows for added texture and flavor.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
