Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 medium Cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 small Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, and chopped fresh basil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until the dressing is smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated for a few hours before serving. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats or can be served on its own as a light meal.
