Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped celery, halved grape tomatoes, and diced red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently to combine until everything is well coated.
Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marinate.
