Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Slice the chicken into strips.
Place each tortilla on a flat surface. In the center of each tortilla, layer the shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, shredded cheese, and diced tomatoes.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
