Ingredients
  

Salad Layers

  • 4 cups iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups grapes red or green
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Toppings

  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits

Instructions
 

  • Place chopped lettuce as the first layer at the bottom of a clear glass bowl.
  • Add grapes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, eggs, and cheese in distinct layers.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and lemon juice to make the dressing.
  • Spread the dressing evenly across the top layer.
  • Top with croutons and bacon bits just before serving.

Notes

Chill for 1 hour before serving for best flavor and presentation.
