Ingredients
  

Mac and Cheese

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk warm
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp paprika optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
  • Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
  • Stir in cheeses until melted, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine sauce with pasta, transfer to baking dish, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Notes
