Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves whole
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the tomato slices and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter, slightly overlapping.
  • Place the fresh basil leaves between the slices of tomato and mozzarella.
  • Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For a twist, add a sprinkle of chili flakes or a drizzle of pesto sauce for extra flavor.
