Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk

Crust

  • 2 pie crusts store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan, stir in flour, then gradually add broth and milk to make a creamy sauce.
  • Add chicken and vegetables to the sauce and mix well.
  • Pour filling into a pie crust, top with second crust, and seal edges.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 40 minutes until golden.

Notes

Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before slicing to allow the filling to set.
