Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rotini Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives sliced
  • 1 small Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 small Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced pepperoni, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  • Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese on top and toss again.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld together.

Notes

This salad can be customized by adding other ingredients such as bell peppers, olives, or cucumbers for extra flavor.
