Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Spread bread cubes evenly in the baking dish and top with cooked sausage.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together, then pour over the dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 40–45 minutes until set and golden.
Notes
You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it fresh in the morning.
