Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna drained, 5 oz each
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/3 cup celery finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • paprika for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Drain canned tuna well and place in a mixing bowl. Flake with a fork.
  • Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until creamy.
  • Mix in diced celery, onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill for at least 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with paprika if desired.

Notes

Serve in sandwiches, wraps, or lettuce cups. Add diced pickles or hard-boiled eggs for variation.
