Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Mango peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 medium Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 large Carrot shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, thinly sliced cucumber, shredded carrot, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the sliced mango and avocado to the bowl, arranging them nicely on top of the greens.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
