Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries whole or halved
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • 1 pear chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 cup walnuts toasted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 cups romaine or mixed greens

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine cranberries, chopped apples, pear, toasted walnuts, parsley, and greens.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Garnish with extra walnuts or parsley for presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh!

Notes

For a festive twist, add pomegranate seeds or feta cheese. Use dried cranberries if fresh ones are too tart.
