Ingredients
  

Soup Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat and sauté onion until soft.
  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add cauliflower florets and broth, then bring to a simmer.
  • Cook for 15–20 minutes until cauliflower is very tender.
  • Blend until smooth, then stir in heavy cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.

Notes

Top with herbs, cheese, or crispy bacon for extra flavor.
