Instructions
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat and sauté onion until soft.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add cauliflower florets and broth, then bring to a simmer.
Cook for 15–20 minutes until cauliflower is very tender.
Blend until smooth, then stir in heavy cream.
Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
