Ingredients
  

Pasta Base

  • 3 cups cooked pasta penne or fusilli

Vegetables

  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 onion chopped

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter until soft.
  • Stir in flour, then slowly add milk to create a creamy sauce.
  • Add pasta, spinach, and half the cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25–30 minutes.

Notes

Add herbs like thyme or oregano for extra warmth and flavor.
