Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter until soft.
Stir in flour, then slowly add milk to create a creamy sauce.
Add pasta, spinach, and half the cheese. Mix well.
Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
