Broth & Seasoning

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions
