Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Cucumbers
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumbers and avocado into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10 minutes for a chilled salad.
