Instructions
Slice cucumbers thinly and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, crumbled feta, and chopped dill.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
Chill for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or substitute dill with fresh parsley.
