Ingredients
  

Base Vegetables

  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 zucchini diced

Seasoning & Broth

  • 4 cups vegetable broth low-sodium
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the pot over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add carrots, celery, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth, then stir in turmeric and ginger.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Add spinach last, cooking for 2–3 minutes until wilted. Season to taste.

Notes

You can customize the soup by adding kale, cabbage, or detox herbs like parsley and cilantro.
