Instructions
Heat the pot over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add carrots, celery, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth, then stir in turmeric and ginger.
Simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add spinach last, cooking for 2–3 minutes until wilted. Season to taste.
Notes
You can customize the soup by adding kale, cabbage, or detox herbs like parsley and cilantro.
