Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Apple
  • 1 large Pear
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup halved Grapes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the apple and pear into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the apple, pear, pomegranate seeds, and halved grapes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon to create the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to let the flavors meld together.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can add some chopped nuts, like pecans or walnuts, to the salad. This salad also pairs well with a dollop of whipped cream or Greek yogurt if you want to make it a dessert!
