Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Green apples sliced
  • 2 medium Red apples sliced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice both the green and red apples, removing the core. Place the slices in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the mixed greens, chopped walnuts, and sunflower seeds to the bowl with the apples.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
