Instructions
In a large salad bowl, place the arugula leaves.
Add halved cherry tomatoes and shaved Parmesan on top.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
Notes
You can add toasted nuts, avocado slices, or grilled chicken for extra flavor and protein.
