Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets chopped bite-sized
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts or almonds toasted optional
  • 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, grapes, cheese, nuts, and bacon bits.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  • Serve chilled and garnish with extra nuts or grapes if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half the mayonnaise. You can also add sunflower seeds for extra crunch.
