  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
