  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 5 potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 cups gluten free vegetable broth

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
  • Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

  • Blend until smooth, stir in milk, season with salt and pepper, and heat through.
