Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup light mayo1/4 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt1 tbsp white wine vinegar1 lemon zested and juiced4 oz avocado2 cloves garlic2 scallions, chopped2 tbsp dill, fresh2 tbsp basil, fresh1/4 cup red onion, diced2 chicken breasts, cooked (rotisserie recommended)1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Add mayo, yogurt, avocado, vinegar, lemon zest and juice, garlic, dill, basil, scallions, and salt to a food processor.Blend until smooth and creamy.In a large bowl, shred the cooked chicken.Add diced red onion to the chicken.Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture.Stir until well coated.Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for ease.
The salad gets even better after chilling overnight.
Serve in lettuce wraps, sandwiches, or over greens.
