Instructions
Add mayo, yogurt, avocado, vinegar, lemon zest and juice, garlic, dill, basil, scallions, and salt to a food processor.Blend until smooth and creamy.In a large bowl, shred the cooked chicken.Add diced red onion to the chicken.Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture.Stir until well coated.Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for ease. The salad gets even better after chilling overnight. Serve in lettuce wraps, sandwiches, or over greens.
