Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups mixed greens romaine or spinach
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese cubed or crumbled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Place the mixed greens in a large salad bowl.
  • Add sliced apple, dried cranberries, walnuts, and feta cheese over the greens.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this crisp, seasonal delight.

Notes

You can swap walnuts with pecans or feta with goat cheese for variations.
