Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts grilled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup quinoa uncooked
  • 1 cup broccoli steamed
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas cooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook quinoa in water according to package instructions.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through.
  • Steam broccoli until tender but bright green.
  • Assemble bowls with quinoa, chicken, broccoli, and chickpeas.
