Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes until lightly browned on all sides.
Transfer seared beef into the slow cooker.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour garlic butter mixture over beef in the slow cooker. Add broth, soy sauce, pepper, paprika, and salt.
Stir gently, cover, and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
