High Protein Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef sirloin cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes until lightly browned on all sides.
  • Transfer seared beef into the slow cooker.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour garlic butter mixture over beef in the slow cooker. Add broth, soy sauce, pepper, paprika, and salt.
  • Stir gently, cover, and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
