Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets cut into small pieces
  • 1 large Honeycrisp Apple cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts toasted
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt for dressing
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, chopped Honeycrisp apple, red onion, and toasted walnuts.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
