Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Pasta (rotini or penne) cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Italian Dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, black olives, and feta cheese.
  • Add the Italian dressing, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the salad. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

This salad can be made ahead of time and is perfect for parties or potlucks. You can also add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
