Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 4 cups mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup black and green olives pitted
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella or feta cheese cubed

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning dried herbs mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, olives, and cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

Add fresh basil leaves for extra aroma and authentic Italian flair.
