Instructions
Mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, seasoning, and salt in a bowl. Form small meatballs.
In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a gentle boil.
Add the meatballs and cook for 5–7 minutes until they float.
Stir in pasta and cook until tender.
Add spinach, beans, and tomatoes; simmer briefly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
For an even easier version, use frozen mini meatballs and skip the mixing step!
