Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Iceberg Lettuce chopped
  • 2 medium Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 small Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Salami sliced and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Provolone Cheese diced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olives sliced
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Add the sliced salami, provolone cheese, pepperoncini, and olives to the salad.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

This salad can be customized with other ingredients like artichoke hearts, cucumbers, or extra cheese. You can also add grilled chicken for added protein.
