Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp red onion finely chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Drain the canned tuna and place it in a large bowl.
  • Add the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado slices.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and parsley to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine without mashing the avocado.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a refreshing flavor.

Notes

For extra texture, add boiled eggs, cucumber, or croutons. You can also replace lime juice with lemon for a tangier twist.
