Instructions
Drain the canned tuna and place it in a large bowl.
Add the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado slices.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and parsley to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine without mashing the avocado.
Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a refreshing flavor.
Notes
For extra texture, add boiled eggs, cucumber, or croutons. You can also replace lime juice with lemon for a tangier twist.
