Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 8 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup croutons garlic-flavored preferred
  • 1/2 cup feta or parmesan cheese crumbled or shredded

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, croutons, and cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and sugar until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Chill dressing for 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
