Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 2 medium Pear sliced
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens and sliced pears.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Top the salad with chopped walnuts and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

This salad is perfect as a light lunch or a side dish for dinner. You can also add grilled chicken or tofu for extra protein.
