  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup Goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the arugula in a large mixing bowl.
