Citrus-Honey Dressing

Instructions
Wash and prepare all fruits by peeling, slicing, or dicing them into bite-sized pieces.
Place all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, orange zest, and chopped mint to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently until all fruits are coated evenly.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Serve in individual bowls and garnish with extra mint leaves if desired.
