Ingredients
  

Fruit Mix

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 cup grapes halved

Citrus-Honey Dressing

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp fresh mint leaves finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all fruits by peeling, slicing, or dicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, orange zest, and chopped mint to create the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently until all fruits are coated evenly.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  • Serve in individual bowls and garnish with extra mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Try adding seasonal fruits like peaches, watermelon, or pomegranate seeds for variation. Perfect for picnics, brunches, or healthy desserts!
