Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Pears sliced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts toasted
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small pan, toast the walnuts over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until golden and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, crumbled feta, and toasted walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!
